Hotel Rules
General Rules
- Smoking: Allowed in designated areas only. The Hotel will charge a surcharge (additional cleaning fee) for smoking in the rooms.
- Quiet hours: No noise is allowed between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests.
- Pets: It is forbidden to bring or keep any pets on the hotel premises.
- Damage and furnishings: It is forbidden to damage, rearrange or remove furniture in the rooms and the hotel area. Please report any damage immediately to the reception!
- Cleaning: Daily between 10:00 and 16:00. If you do not require cleaning, please let us know. Bed linen is changed once a week (or weekly for long stays). You can request a new towel by throwing the used one on the floor.
- Visitors: An additional fee equal to the room rate will be charged for unregistered guests sleeping in the room.
- Safety: In case of a fire alarm, please follow the escape plan posted on the room door. The hotel reserves the right to enter the room in case of emergency and for cleaning purposes.
- Lost and found items: Please hand in any lost items at the reception.
- Repeated violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the hotel.
Bath and Wellness Rules
- The bath may only be used after proper cleansing (showering). Slippers are mandatory in the wellness area .
- It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, or bottles into the pools. You may only enter the water in a swimsuit.
- It is strictly forbidden to bathe if you have a fever, are sick with an infectious disease, have broken skin, or are under the influence of an intoxicant.
- Accident prevention: Jumping, splashing others, and running around the pools are prohibited due to the risk of slipping. The pools may only be used for their intended purpose.
- Children: Children under 14 years of age may only be in the bath if accompanied by an adult. Children in diapers may only bathe in a swim diaper.
- Sauna and steam room: Showering is mandatory before use. Use of a sauna sheet is mandatory. It is prohibited to pour your own essential oil or water on the stones. Their use is not recommended in case of health complaints (e.g. heart disease). Since the sauna and steam room are not separated from minors, covering your private parts is mandatory.
- Recommended stay time in the spa pool: maximum 30 minutes .
Medicine and Massage
- Services can be used by prior appointment and check-in at the reception. Cancellation: possible up to 12 hours before the treatment. In case of delay, the treatment may be shortened, but the full fee must be paid.
- Health condition: The guest is obliged to inform the therapist of all illnesses (e.g. high blood pressure, pregnancy). Treatment cannot be used if you are infected, have a fever or are intoxicated. The doctor/specialist may refuse treatment if there are contraindications. Participation is at your own risk.
- Hygiene and clothing: You must arrive at the treatments clean and dry (after showering). Bathrobes and slippers are mandatory. Jewelry, watches and mobile phones may not be worn/used.
- Behavior: Indecent behavior, eating/drinking, and loud noise are prohibited during the massage. Guests who violate the rules may be excluded from the service.
- The hotel excludes liability for damages resulting from concealed illnesses or violations of the rules.
Restaurant Rules
- Meal times: Breakfast (07:30-10:00), Dinner (17:00-18:30), A la carte and set lunch (12:00-15:00).
- Payment: You can pay for your consumption on site (cash/bank card) or have it charged to your room bill.
- It is prohibited to consume your own food and drinks in the restaurant.
- Allergies: Please inform us in advance of your food allergies! The hotel will try to take this into account, but cannot guarantee complete freedom from cross-contamination.
- Complaint handling: If you have any food complaints or quality issues, please report them to the staff immediately on site.
- The restaurant also accepts external guests and reserves the right to hold private events. The hotel is not responsible for items left in the restaurant.
