Hajnal Hotel*** started its way as a guest-house in its family enterprise form more than ten years ago. Owing to the owners committed to „ancient catering” the hotel has developed into one of the most popular recreation places of Mezõkövesd. Due to the satisfied guests, the guest-house grew into a three-star hotel with supreme furnishing during the years. Our commitment has not changed in any way. Our objective is creating a friendly, almost familiar atmosphere in order to provide our Guests with comfort and maximal recovery. Hajnal Hotel*** is located near Zsóry Gyógy-, és Strandfürdõ - known and recognised all over Europe - at Mezõkövesd. The hotel with its 55 rooms suitable for accommodating 117 guests is situated perfectly because it is not far from motorway M3 still it is in a silent, natural environment.
Its therapeutic unit that can be considered as the best equipped one in the region is looking forward to its Guests in an idyllic environment with services that can fulfil all kinds of needs.
The wellness unit with its own medicinal source can provide all age-groups with perfect relaxation. The two pools supplied by 36-38°C-medicinal water, breaking out from a depth of almost 500 metres, are looking forward to their Guests that long for recreation.

HAJNAL-SECTION - rooms 31 tastefully furnished rooms are available to our guests.
The rooms are street-facing or courtyard-facing, all non-smoking, located on the ground or first floor, some with balconies. There is an elevator in the hotel. The two wings are close to each other, Hajnal is to the left when exiting the elevator, and Kikelet is to the right. The street-facing rooms are not noisy, because we are in a resort area. KIKELET-SECTION – rooms We offer 24 modern rooms: 22 double rooms, most of which have a balcony, most of which are rooms with a single extra bed, 2 five-bed family rooms, which do not have a balcony.
The rooms have a panoramic view of the pool courtyard (6-small balconies), the street front (8-small balconies on the 2nd floor, while the 1st floor has a larger balcony) - or the parking courtyard (8-small balconies on the 2nd floor, while the 1st floor has a larger balcony), all are non-smoking, on two floors, 21 rooms have a balcony. The family rooms are two-room, without a balcony in the attic, providing maximum comfort primarily for families. The partially accessible room is on the 1st floor opposite the elevator, without a balcony. Room facilities:

Valid: weekdays: Sunday evening - Thursday evening, usually not on weekends; number of nights that can be booked (minimum): 1 night Weekend = (Friday and Saturday evening), in high season and on holidays only with half board.

Arrival and Departure:
- The hotel rooms are available from approximately 13:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure! Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive at a different time! In the absence of prior notice, we can reserve the hotel rooms until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
Cancellation:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, 25% of the accommodation price 6-3 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price 2-0 days before arrival, and 100% of the accommodation price in case of absence without cancellation. In the case of group bookings (over 10 people), individual cancellation conditions apply.
Restaurant
The choice of our air-conditioned restaurant that is able to seat 120 guests can satisfy all kinds of needs. The perfect selection of traditional Hungarian and modern international cuisine can be enjoyed during all meals. Our seasonally operated Hajnal terrace can offer nice meals to 40 guests.
The restaurant of Hajnal Hotel is a nice, family-like place, which does its best in order to merit and maintain continuously the attention and interest of the guests and provide them with perfect relaxation.
Based on the above, the restaurant is looking forward to its guests with Hungarian-style, vegetarian, diabetic and modern dishes, Á la carte meals and special menu for children. The Hungarian-style dishes are served to the guests in abundant portion.
The restaurant is an excellent place of breakfast. Our choice of breakfast can satisfy the needs of guests that like classic and modern nutrition.
In summer and in the sunny seasons our terrace provides an excellent opportunity to consume nicely prepared meals.
It is also possible to cook outside and grill, have pig-feast days, taste wine and organise events equally.

Are you arriving by car, bus, train or plane?
- By car: Leave the M3 motorway at exit 128, then at the roundabout in the direction of Eger/Zsóry-fürdő, exit II. At the Zsóry Spa and Bath resort area, turn right immediately next to the parking lot, then after approx. 100 meters you will see the Hajnal Hotel*** on the left.
- By bus: There is a direct flight from Budapest to Mezőkövesd, but there are several flights with a transfer via Eger. There is a direct flight from Miskolc to Mezőkövesd. There is a direct flight from Debrecen to Mezőkövesd, but there are several flights with a transfer via Eger. From the Mezőkövesd bus station, a local bus or taxi takes passengers to Zsóry-fürdő.
- By train: Mezőkövesd can be reached by direct train from Budapest Keleti Railway Station and Miskolc. Intercity trains from Budapest East stop in Mezőkövesd. From the Mezőkövesd train station, a local bus or taxi will take passengers to Zsóry-fürdő.
- By plane: Hajnal Hotel can be reached from Debrecen and Budapest via the M3 motorway as described above.
